  • Responsible for preparing Financial statements under IFRS in close coordination with Financial Controllers of various subsidiaries/segments at onshore.

  • Planning and managing Corporate Department's work and ensuring timely closing of corporate books.
  • Establishing and implementing procedures for accurate and prompt recording of all company financial transactions.
  • Overseeing and reviewing Balance Sheet schedules including AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accrued income and expenses, Other Receivables, etc.
  • Facilitating audit schedules preparation and coordinating with local accounts team of subsidiaries for audit completion.
  • Preparing monthly MIS and financial analysis reports for corporate divisions, developing ERP reports for efficient reporting.
  • Following up with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth completion of management reporting.
  • Supporting Annual Budgeting exercise, conducting variance analysis, cost analysis, and identifying savings opportunities.
  • Supervising monthly accounts closure activities such as AR/AP, fixed assets, GL, banks & supplier account reconciliations.
  • Analyzing cost of sales and overheads for each subsidiary and segment to identify saving opportunities.
  • Cooperating within the team and meeting Customer expectations.
  • Training and motivating staff.
  • Handling any other assignments as required.

HSE Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of oneself, colleagues, and others at work.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting hazards, incidents, or accidents to the supervisor and taking corrective actions when possible.
  • Stopping work if there is an immediate risk to health, safety, or welfare.
  • Keeping mandatory training up to date and attending courses before expiration.

Principal Challenges:
  • Providing timely, accurate, and relevant information for decision-making.
  • Gathering financial data from diverse subsidiaries operating on different systems.
  • Offering financial analysis for business evaluation and performance.

Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA/CMA with relevant experience
