Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligned with our brand's tone and messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring trends.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize content strategies.
  • Curating content for social media platforms and writing video scripts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
  • Manage and grow social media communities by engaging with followers and potential customers.
  • Handle multiple brand accounts and ensure each brand's voice and identity are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and to produce high-quality visual content'

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years in managing end-to-end social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
  • A background in content writing would be preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
