Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Founder's Office Generalist. This role will involve working closely with the founder, providing support across a wide range of functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, have strong analytical skills, and be capable of setting up and documenting systems and processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the founder with various tasks and projects across different departments.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Document processes and ensure they are followed across the organization.
  • Manage product development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and enhance user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in setting up and documenting systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Background in operations, data analysis, or product management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
