Goals & Objectives:

Managing the operations of fwd Campus program including events, ambassadors and community

Creation of a collaborative environment amongst our members

Driving growth and promotion of fwd fashion offerings in the student base

Responsibilities:

Campus, Community Engagement & Events:

  • Manage the fwd student community to to build engaged communities of brand fans, shoppers and creators through education, fun and sales activities
  • Plan and Execute strategies for growth for the campus & student program for Myntra including participation in events & onground activations that include a balance of educational, fun, and salesrelated activities
  • Manage the fwd campus ambassador program to ensure highest level of member engagement and participation
  • Create evolving member growth strategy

Content Development:

  • Create and oversee the development of marketing collaterals, content, and promotional materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with category teams, pricing teams & central marketing & social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Influencer & Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging campaign ideas.
  • Project management skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external partners
