Job Description


We seek a dynamic Senior Field Application Specialist/Manager (Individual contributor) to join our team and contribute to supporting customers, driving product adoption, and contributing to the overall success of the company's products in the Indian IVD market.

Additionally, the candidate will be conducting market due diligence and bringing new projects from the IVD customers, thereby improving Fapon's visibility and reputation in the Indian IVD market

  • Technical Communication and Troubleshooting: This involves interacting with customers to address any technical issues they may encounter with the chemiluminescence reagents. It could include troubleshooting problems, providing guidance on optimal usage, and ensuring that customers have the support they need to use the reagents effectively.
  • Application Training and Guidance: Training customers on how to use the reagents properly is crucial for their success. This might involve conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure that users understand how to perform performance verification and clinical comparisons effectively.
  • Data Analysis and

Customer Support:
Analyzing the results generated using the reagents and providing customers with insights and recommendations based on that analysis.

This could include helping customers interpret their data, identifying trends or patterns, and suggesting adjustments to improve their experimental outcomes.


  • Market Analysis and

Product Development:
Keeping abreast of developments in the market, including competitive products, customer needs, and emerging trends.

Using this information to provide input into the development of new products or improvements to existing ones, ensuring that the company's offerings remain competitive and meet the needs of its customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Life Sciences, at least 5 years of field application or product experience in IVD industry or medical device industry.
  • Familiar with chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzers and CLIA reagents.
  • Extensive expertise in evaluating the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of chemiluminescence reagents. Have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in assessing the quality and suitability of chemiluminescence reagents for various applications in diagnostics or research.
  • Englishspeaking, willing to adapt to and grow in a culturally diverse and multinational IVD company
  • Proactive attitude and positive approach
