1. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly monitor and track affiliate performance metrics, such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated. Prepare comprehensive reports to analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Commission Management: Oversee the commission structure for affiliate partners, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to process affiliate payouts and resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Work closely with affiliate partners to optimize campaign performance and maximize results. Guide creative assets, promotional offers, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, personalized support, and value-added initiatives. Foster a collaborative and positive partnership environment to encourage loyalty and long-term engagement.

Ensure affiliate partners adhere to program guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor affiliate activities to detect and address any violations or fraudulent behavior, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain program integrity.


Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with affiliate partners, internal teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing affiliate performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate affiliate agreements, discuss commission rates, and resolve partnership issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple affiliate relationships, track performance metrics, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM systems or affiliate marketing platforms for efficient management of affiliate interactions and performance tracking.
  • Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and implementing strategies to address issues and optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, align objectives, and coordinate efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the affiliate marketing landscape, industry trends, and program requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and precision in managing affiliate agreements, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and commission calculations.
