Job Description

Improve interactions and collaboration of team members and organization to increase productivity of the Scrum team. Drive Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives. Manage each project's scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Monitor and report team metrics and improvement plans. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Conduct standard scrum ceremonies lie Daily stand-ups, Grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective etc. Managing program increment progress and adapt work as required. Coordinate with the YASH Project team to ensure projects are complying with the set standards. Coordinating/manage resources. Managing large and diverse team. Participate in PI planning and other Scaled Agile ceremony. Understand and handle release management. Able to handle multiple scrum team and provide daily /weekly reports. Scrum Certified

Required Technical Competencies

Agile principles and practices:

Applies Agile principles and practices in real-life Scrum projects. Able to adapt and customize Agile practices to the team's needs and circumstances.

Scrum framework:

Understands the basic components and roles of the Scrum framework, such as Scrum events, artefacts, roles, and values. Able to apply scrum framework.

Facilitation:

Good understanding of facilitation principles and techniques. Can effectively facilitate small-medim size group discussions, encourage participation, and promoting collaboration and engagement among team members. Has experience of project process definition, conducting facilitations for the projects and sharing the reports.

Continuous improvement:

Has basic knowledge of continuous improvement concepts Able to identify opportunities for improvement the process.
