Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
  • Visit colleges for tieups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
  • Manage BTL activities locally
  • Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationship with agents, Anganwadi
workers, Asha workers, school and institutions

  • Build agents network at local level and do regular follow ups with them
  • Achieve the designated targets.
  • Generate database from Schools and other sources.
  • Meeting with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools for Business generation.
  • Execute various marketing activities within assigned region.
  • Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
  • Converting leads into Walk In.
  • Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
  • Liaison with influencers to student for admission like local tuition teachers ,AanganWadi ,Aasha,or others to
add business

  • 1+ years' relevant experience. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Experience in consultative Sales profile.
  • Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
  • Should have experience in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training / Timesharing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport(Bike Is preferred)
  • Should be able to work on MS office.
