The Relationship Executive is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the customer onboard and creating a Member Profile.
- Meetings with Customer at his Residence / Office to gain in depth knowledge about partner preferences.
- Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
- Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
