Job Title: Financial Analyst at a Company in Chennai Siruseri

This role requires an individual with 5-9 years of experience and a background in Bcom/MBA/CA/CMA. The ideal candidate should be able to work from the office, joining immediately or with a short notice period. The selected person will be responsible for the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial accounts, consolidation, and variation explanation
  • Support month close activities including posting of accruals, prepayments, reclass, and reallocations entries
  • Analysis of customer contracts / MSA, subcontractors spend, time recovery analysis, revenue recognition
  • Support end-to-end business unit including internal revenue, contract profitability, and order entry
  • Support Local and Global Management teams in preparation of forecasts / budgets and analysis of trends
  • Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets / long-range plans
  • Input into the weekly forecast rally process
  • Analyse complex financial information to provide accurate and timely reports to Global management
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of cost allocation models to customer accounts
  • Support Global Operations business including recharges
  • Identify possible cost improvements
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
