Role Description:
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of building materials products in Anandpur Sahib and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory in Anandpur Sahib, Punjab

Product Promotion: Showcase the features and benefits of our building materials products to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.

Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our building materials products and effectively communicate their advantages to customers.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of successful sales experience in a building materials company.
- 12thgrade education or above.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Passionate about the building materials industry and eager to learn and grow.
