Qualifications

Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : - 9 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration, with a strong focus on Onboarding.


Technical Skills :
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration.

Analytical Skills :
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.

Communication :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management :
Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.

Certifications :
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding is highly desirable.
