Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities, inspecting work quality, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of construction materials, equipment, and machinery as needed.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers, subcontractors, and labourers.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labour hours.
- Keep updated records of construction costs, ensuring that the project stays within budgetary limits.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet project deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR, based on experience and qualifications.
- TA-DA allowance of 6,000 INR per month.
- Additional benefits and incentives as per company policy.
