Roles and Responsibilities

Curriculum Alignment:

  • Design and deliver lessons aligning with CBSE curriculum standards.

Teaching Excellence:

  • Execute effective teaching strategies to engage students and facilitate a positive learning environment.
  • Implement regular assessments and feedback mechanisms to gauge student progress.

Classroom Management:

  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Encourage student participation and individual development.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies.
  • Participate actively in schoolwide activities, including parentteacher meetings and professional development sessions.

Continuous Learning:
