- To ensure maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness of Department to prevent hospital acquire Infection2. To ensure availability of sanctioned number of staff at all times and to take immediate proactive action for suitable replacement3. To monitor staff duty rosters in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower4. To control and channelize patient flow during peak flow time and to take actions to reduce patient waiting time, admission time and discharge time5. To take periodic audit of stock and control the usage of stock6. To do an audit of Bills every week and to ensure that there are no outstanding payments and to ensure that agreed reimbursement are made7. To co-ordinate with Purchase Team for timely delivery of supplies8. To monitor that all the clinical and non-clinical registers of Department and Lab are completed9. To monitor patient counselling and to ensure maximum counselling conversion10.
