Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service
  • Maintain high standard of personal appearance
  • Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair
  • Follow Restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Greet guests and present them with the menu.
  • Take guest orders & punch the order on the POS machine
  • Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
  • Co ordinate with the kitchen staff & other colleagues to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
  • Other Duties assigned

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Should be at least 12th pass
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in the same field
