Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and

Lead Generation:
Identify potential buyers and sellers by researching and
reaching out to individuals or businesses who may be interested in purchasing or selling
properties. This involves conducting market research, attending networking events, utilizing
online platforms, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand
their needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide them with information about available
properties, arrange property viewings, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Regularly follow up with clients to maintain engagement and foster long-term relationships.

Property Promotion:
Market and advertise properties effectively through various channels,
such as online listings, social media, print media, and direct mail campaigns. Create compelling
property descriptions, high-quality photographs, virtual tours, and other marketing materials to
showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Engage in negotiations with buyers and sellers to reach
mutually beneficial agreements. Present and explain property prices, terms, and conditions to
clients, and facilitate the negotiation process until an agreement is reached. Prepare necessary
documentation, contracts, and agreements to finalize property transactions.

Market Analysis:
Stay updated with the local real estate market trends, including property
prices, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market
analysis to identify opportunities, understand client preferences, and adapt sales strategies
accordingly.

Sales Targets and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets, both individual and team-based,
as outlined by the company. Track and report sales activities, leads generated, deals closed,
and revenue generated to management. Provide regular reports, including market insights and
sales forecasts.
Collaboration with Internal and

External Stakeholders:
Coordinate and collaborate with
other departments within the real estate agency, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to
ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. Establish connections and partnerships with real
estate developers, brokers, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals to expand the
network and enhance business opportunities.

From ₹18,000.00 per month
