We are looking forward to hire Dynamics 365 Professionals in the following areas :

Looking for a Senior Finance Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who has implementation experience in Indian Tax Regulations like GST, TDS, E-Invoicing etc.,

Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years

Primary Roles:

India-Specific Regulatory Compliance: Configure D365 F&O to comply with Indian tax regulations like GST, TDS, and excise duty. Ensure adherence to reporting requirements mandated by Indian authorities. Implement electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) functionality as per government guidelines. Localization and Customization: Adapt D365 F&O functionalities to align with Indian business practices and accounting standards. Configure the system to handle Indian-specific units of measure, currencies, and chart of accounts. Develop custom reports and workflows tailored to Indian regulatory requirements. Data Migration and Integration: Assist with data migration to D365 F&O, ensuring accurate mapping of Indian data formats and tax structures. Integrate D365 F&O with other Indian-specific software like e-filing platforms or government portals. Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to users on India-specific functionalities within D365 F&O. Conduct training sessions for end-users on Indian tax calculations, reporting procedures, and system usage. Address user queries related to India-specific features and processes.

Additional Skills and Requirements:

Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations and accounting standards. Experience working with D365 F&O, particularly the Finance and Operations modules. Familiarity with Indian e-filing platforms and government reporting requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into D365 F&O configurations.

Overall, an India Localization Consultant in D365 F&O plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and compliant implementation of D365 F&O for Indian businesses. Their expertise helps bridge the gap between global software functionalities and the specific needs of the Indian market.

Secondary Roles:

Change Management and User Adoption: Assisting with the change management process specific to Indian users and their adaptation to D365 F&O. Providing training and support tailored to address user concerns regarding Indian functionalities and reporting. Promoting user adoption through effective communication and addressing cultural nuances. Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data migration, particularly for Indian-specific tax and accounting data. Implementing data validation rules and procedures to maintain data integrity within the system. Conducting thorough testing of India-specific functionalities to guarantee smooth operation. Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understanding the nuances of specific Indian industries like manufacturing, retail, or pharmaceuticals. Tailoring D365 F&O configurations to address industry-specific regulations and reporting requirements in the Indian context. Providing insights and recommendations based on their industry expertise. Staying Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Monitoring changes in Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and e-filing procedures. Proactively updating D365 F&O configurations to comply with evolving regulations. Keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming regulatory changes and their implications for the system. Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborating with other consultants like implementation specialists and technical support to ensure a seamless India-specific implementation . Working with the finance team to ensure accurate mapping of Indian accounting practices within D365 F&O.
