Job Description :

Requirements :

  • Professional engineering experience in a collaborative productdriven environment : Demonstrated track record of working in engineering roles within a collaborative and productdriven environment.
  • Experience owning communication of project progress : Experience in owning and effectively communicating project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.
  • Computer science fundamentals and systems design : Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and experience in systems design.
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful : Demonstrated ability to be creative and resourceful when tackling ambiguous technical challenges.
  • At least 8+ years of professional development experience : Minimum of 8 years of professional development experience, preferably in a software engineering role.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with Golang: Proficiency in Golang programming language.
Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, Postgres, Terraform, AWS.

  • Experience in blockchain and Web 3.

0 technologies:
Previous experience as a web3 developer and/or as a backend service developer in blockchain and other Web 3. 0 technologies.

  • Experience in building distributed systems: Previous experience in building distributed systems.
  • Experience contributing to the opensource community: Experience in contributing to the opensource community.
  • Experience working with a team located across multiple time zones: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team located across multiple time zones.

  • Infrastructure : Terraform, AWS.

Responsibilities :

  • Software Development : Develop highquality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Golang and other relevant technologies.
  • Project Communication : Own and effectively communicate project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners.
  • Systems Design : Contribute to the design and architecture of systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Creative Problem Solving : Be creative and resourceful in addressing technical challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that meet business needs.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with advancements in technology, continuously improving skills, and contributing to the growth of the team.
  • Contribution to Open Source : Contribute to the opensource community, sharing knowledge and expertise with the broader developer community.
