Your Responsibilities as a Junior QA:

  • Responsible for conducting testing procedures to ensure software quality.
  • Execute test cases and test scripts to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software operations.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that testing conditions are understood and met.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy conversations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies

As a Junior QA, you will perform:

  • You'll be part of the testing team, collaborating closely with developers and project managers.
  • You'll contribute to the creation and execution of test cases and test plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent problem
- solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Good to have

  • Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, and Appium.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes (STLC).

Education & Experience:

  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • BTech in computer science or similar field.
