We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team; a pivotal role for our continued success.

As part of the development team, you will focus on transfer learning and ML model training. Ideal candidates will possess a robust data science background to aid in constructing in-house ML models.

This role provides the opportunity to work with extensive data sets, transforming insights into tangible products. You will play a crucial role in deciphering user behavior, spotting product opportunities, all vital for the expansion of our rapidly growing user base.


Responsibilities:
Manipulate and analyze intricate data sets using analytics techniques like machine learning, statistical analysis, and Natural Language Processing, identifying modeling attributes and parameters.Apply algorithms to devise descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive models, ensuring analysis and project goals are met.Explore data attributes, complexity, and quality, defining performance through visualization, spotting trends, outliers, and driving factors.Prepare data for analysis by cleansing, transforming, handling missing fields, identifying new feature variables, and managing multi-variate data.Develop ML models for NLP, multi-labeling, image detection, and emotion detection.
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of data science industry experience developing ML Models for NLP.
  • Proven track record in building NLP Models for Topic Modeling and Multi-labeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience in Python Data Science ecosystem including NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter, etc.
  • Expertise in fine-tuning and training ML models.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud for application development and deployment.
  • MS in Data Science.
  • Prior experience with startups and fast-paced environments is a plus.

Preferred Requirements:
  • MS in Data Science from IIT/NIT.
  • Background in building deep neural networks for production.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
  • Experience in handling large volume data processing systems.
  • Proficiency in Agile software development.
  • Strong grasp of Database technologies like SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design.
