We are looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer with up to one year of experience in Cloud Platforms (GCP preferably), Deployment, Monitoring and maintenance. What will you do

  • Maintain and monitor existing cloud infrastructure to ensure all service level objectives are met.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot infrastructure level issues and document RCAs and incident reports.
  • Build and maintain CI and CD pipeline for seamless integration and delivery.
  • Respond to live issues working across multi-discipline teams.
  • Keep the infrastructure compliant with the company and compliance requirements.
  • Implement monitoring for automated system health checks and be the first responders to critical alerts and incidents.
  • Report critical metrics, infrastructure billing, and ensure SLAs are met.

What you bring in:

  • Cloud Computing: Deep understanding on GCP. (GKE , Redis, PubSub, Compute etc )
  • Networking: Deep understanding on Reverse/Forward Proxy, Load balancer, Firewall, SSL/TLS, DNS
  • Operating Systems: Linux & Windows
  • Continuous Integration:
  • GIT: Mastery in Git, Git branching Strategies (GitFlow, Trunk Based, Feature Flags)
  • Cloud Build Jenkins: Mastery in Jenkins, Configurations, Integrations, Pipeline-as-code, Declarative. and Scripted Pipelines
  • Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Scripting languages: Powershell, Python, Bash.
  • Experience in 24x7 support of the highly available production systems with experience in keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Keen eye to learn and improve from the incidents.
  • Passion to run and improve the customer facing systems with high degree of availability.
