Technical Product Manager

We are in search of an experienced Product Manager with a solid track record of successfully managing multiple technical projects concurrently, leading teams, and expertise in agile and kanban methodologies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and be technically proficient, capable of unblocking developers as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Execute projects according to plan, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage crossfunctional teams, providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Agile and Kanban Methodology:

  • Utilize agile and kanban methodologies to effectively manage projects, including Scrum, lean, or other agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Possess technical expertise to understand and effectively communicate with development teams.
  • Unblock developers by providing technical guidance and resolving technical challenges as needed.

Product Roadmapping:

  • Create and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop strategic plans for product releases, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify and manage project stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.

Quality Management:

  • Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet the specified quality requirements.
  • Monitor and measure project performance against quality metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.

Documentation:

  • Keep accurate and uptodate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other projectrelated records.
  • Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible to project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance project outcomes and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
  • Proven experience with agile and kanban methodologies.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in risk management, quality management, and documentation.
  • Experience in architecture and delivery of enterprise scale applications.
  • Experience with database modeling and development.
