About the role

Be part of an agile system testing team building up state-of-the-art HiL's and responsible for end-to-end validation of ADAS systems in cluster HiL environment.

Years of experience: 7+ Years

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a group of test engineers in the area of ADAS/AD system testing
  • Lead team towards excellence and self-direction with agile methodology
  • Lead project management activities including project planning, task scheduling, project execution, risk analysis, and mitigation
  • Ensure management and execution of HIL system test issues as required
  • Review HIL Test & Development Concept and processes for continuous improvement and adherence
  • Derive system test cases from requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for technical topics related to HIL system Test Design, Architecture, and Frameworks
  • Understand different ADAS features from the full vehicle perspective
  • Support the HIL system test strategy development, adaptation, and maintenance
  • Utilize requirements and design documents for designing, implementing, and executing HIL tests
  • Create and maintain HIL automation concepts, scripts, and execution
  • Provide weekly status updates of HIL activities and address impediments within the team for HIL Test development and Execution
  • Assist with Test Results Analysis, FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
Required Skills: Technical
  • Experience in working with HIL equipment e.g. dSpace, NI etc.
  • Good understanding of System level testing concepts, techniques, and test strategies for ADAS / AD systems
  • Experience in Vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc) and its testing
  • Experience with Agile Development & Testing
  • Ideal to have ISTQB or ISEB certification
