What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing all employee data changes and updates, including high-volume administrative and transactional tasks related to employee on/offboarding, leave management, compliance, records management, and retention.
  • Conducting new hire onboarding activities, such as background checks.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Global Operations to ensure quality, governance, and oversight.
  • Training new team members.
  • Leading projects and implementing new systems and tools.
  • Assisting employees and managers with transaction processing and lifecycle event management through the system's self-service function.
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues, including researching, escalating, and resolving Workday-related operational issues.
  • Generating reports and analyses on request.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and adhering to global data standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing all inquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics.
  • Building networks across various functions and locations within the organization.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing priorities.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, resolve issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities with a focus on the customer.
  • Flexible and eager to learn continuously, taking initiative in assuming tasks.
  • Experience using Human Resources systems, particularly Workday and Service Now.
  • Understanding of Human Resources concepts, policies, and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team, with excellent time management.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and across various functions and locations.
  • Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with employees, management, and clients.
  • Prior experience in customer support, including customer interactions and handling escalations.
