• Develop concepts for print and digital advertisements that capture the essence of VR cricket and generate excitement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.
• Craft stunning visuals for the VR cricket game: Design assets for the game that are aesthetically pleasing within the VR environment.

• Social Media Campaign Assets: Design eye-catching social media graphics, videos, and GIFs that showcase the excitement of VR cricket.
• Create visually appealing templates for social media posts and updates.
• Develop engaging visuals that highlight gameplay features, tournaments, and special events.
• Website and Digital Assets: Design visually appealing banners, hero images, and other website graphics that reflect the brand's identity.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure optimal integration and loading times of visual assets.
• Print and Event Materials: Design high-resolution posters, flyers, and banners for offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Create merchandise designs (t-shirts, caps, etc.) that appeal to the target audience.
• Develop visually impactful booth designs, signage, and other graphics for trade shows and exhibitions.
• Trend Research and Analysis: Actively monitor design trends in the VR, gaming, and sports industries.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate new styles and techniques that elevate the brand's visual appeal.
• Brainstorming and Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the development and marketing teams to generate innovative ideas.
• Suggest new visual concepts and features that could enhance the VR cricket experience.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is often preferred. However, the significance of a degree can vary depending on the candidate's portfolio and experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with above mentioned responsibilities or similar ones, ideally with some exposure to an early-stage startup environment.
• Portfolio: A detailed portfolio showcasing case studies and previous design projects is critical. This portfolio should demonstrate a deep understanding of Graphic Design principles, visual storytelling, attention to detail, design process, from research to the final visual design.
• Certifications and Courses: While not always necessary, certifications from recognized design institutions or completion of reputable online courses in relevant graphic design courses can be advantageous.
  

• Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: In-depth mastery of the primary Adobe design tools:
• Photoshop: Image manipulation, photo editing, digital painting, composite creation.
• Illustrator: Vector graphic creation, logo design, illustration, complex layouts.
• InDesign: Multi-page layouts, print design (brochures, flyers, reports), and interactive document creation.
• Figma Expertise: Expertise in Figma and its advanced features, including Auto-Layout, Components, Variants, and their applications in graphic design (OR the ability to quickly learn and master Figma's advanced features).
• Other Design Tools: Knowledge of other design tools like Spline to explore new possibilities and enhance overall design outputs.
  

• Design Fundamentals: A deep understanding of core design principles, including:
• Color theory and its psychological impact.
• Typography selection, hierarchy, and readability.
• Composition, layout, and visual balance.
• Branding and visual identity development.

• Compensation: Salary range of 4.8-6 LPA (includes retention bonus)
• Work Location: Hyderabad, India
• Work Arrangement: Work from office
• Work Schedule: Daily work timings of 09:00 to 18:30 IST. Weekly schedule consists of 5 effective working days.
