LEAD FRONTENDDEVELOPER We are looking for a seasoned andexperienced professional Front End DeveloperTeam Lead.

Thisapplicant will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a smallteam of frontend developers on and off shore to ensure thesuccessful delivery of highquality web applications.

The rolerequires a handson approach where you will actively contribute todevelopment tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to yourteam members.

You will be responsible for driving the technicaldirection of projects ensuring UI development guidelines bestpractices and standards are followed and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to drive and evolve the company s brandthroughout the userexperience.

In addition to yourtechnical expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript you will have strongleadership and project management skills to deliver highquality websolutions.

The position will report to the Technology Lead and willalso work as a liaison between the Development and QA teams.

Youwill collaborate with designers to transform design mockups andwireframes into responsive and interactive web applicationsensuring a seamless user experience.
The roleis onsite Monday Friday 2pm11pm IST.

AMUST10 year experience infrontend development (HTML5 CSS3Javascript)Ability to balance handsondevelopment with leadershipresponsibilitiesGreat communication andorganization skills with strong attention todetailSolid understanding of implementingbestpractice high performance responsive interfaces for the modernwebExpert in HTML with the ability to writeclean and welldocumented codeMastery in CSSframeworks and preprocessors such as LESS Flexbox CSS Gridetc.
