Overview:

Responsibility:

Virtual Class Instruction:
Lead live online Pilates classes for individuals and groups using virtual platforms. Develop and implement structured and effective Pilates workouts suitable for remote sessions.

Individualized Programming:
Conduct virtual assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any specific considerations for remote training. Tailor Pilates routines to meet the individual needs and limitations of online participants.

Technical Setup:

Ensure a smooth and reliable virtual class experience by managing technical aspects, such as camera angles, audio quality, and internet connectivity.

Client Engagement:
Foster a sense of community and connection among online participants. Encourage client interaction through virtual communication channels and address questions or concerns promptly.

Progress Tracking:
Implement systems for tracking and monitoring client progress in the online environment. Provide feedback and adjustments to individual participants based on their virtual performance.

Communication and Availability:
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding class schedules, changes, and any relevant updates.

Professional Development:
Stay informed about advancements in virtual fitness training and incorporate innovative techniques into online Pilates instruction. Attend virtual workshops and training sessions to enhance skills in remote fitness coaching.

Requirements:

Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized online or virtual training component.

Proven experience in conducting virtual fitness classes, preferably in Pilates.

Familiarity with popular virtual platforms and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent verbal communication skills suitable for virtual instruction.

Ability to provide clear and concise guidance in an online setting.

Ability to adapt Pilates routines for various fitness levels and accommodate participants with limited space or equipment.

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates Instructor.

Proficient in using virtual platforms for online instruction.

Familiarity with video editing tools for creating pre-recorded content is a plus.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest trends in virtual fitness.

Salary:
₹ ₹1,000.00 per hour
