About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Examination Specialist...
In this role, you will:
  • Participate in building business partner relationships and identify opportunities for maintaining them within defined parameters
  • Analyze risks and offsets related to performing in-depth, prefund loan reviews
  • Present recommendations for resolving various issues related to reviews and loan files
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of compliance related to internal company requirements
  • Provide communication regarding overall process and transaction quality to appropriate parties
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Underwriting experience, Loan processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate in commerce/Management.
  • 6-8 years of US mortgage industry experience
  • Experience in Underwriting, Loan originations, Processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of US mortgage Insurance, collateral and real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Flexible to work in India night shift and/or rotational shifts.
