Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including raw materials and finished produ

Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure adequate stock lev

els.
Utilize SAP software to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and generate repo

rts.
Logistics Coordinat

ion:
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and prod

ucts.
Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize effici

ency.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with delivery sched

ules.
Store Operat

ions:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store department, including receiving, storing, and dispatching

goods.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating proce

dures.
Implement best practices for warehouse organization and layout to facilitate efficient opera

tions.
Team Manag

ement:
Supervise store staff and provide guidance and support as

needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team produc

tivity.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accounta

bility.
SAP Exp

ertise:
Utilize SAP software to manage inventory, track orders, and generate

reports.
Troubleshoot any issues related to SAP usage and provide training to store staff as

needed.
Collaborate with IT department to implement system enhancements and u

pgrades.
Continuous Impr

ovement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and redu

ce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and implement corrective actions a

s needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and l

ogistics.
Qualif

ications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a rela

ted field.
Proven experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing en

1. vironment.
Excellent knowledge of SAP software and experience in its implementation

and usage.
