What will you be expected to do?Job Description – Full stack Lead – IDCResponsibilities:

Full ownership and accountability on solutioning and design of key Projects, Change Requests and manage the production operation.
Responsible and support throughout the whole delivery lifecycle, leveraging our Singtel Group Solution Delivery MethodologyLeading the integration of application, information, process, infrastructure that is relevant and up to date to guide decisions on Telecommunication Business Support System applications, standards, and adoptionAligning the BSS architecture Enterprise Architecture roadmap, principles, standards, policy setting and governanceLead and manage the teamResponsible for new development and enhancements to the applications within the BCC scope, ensuring their end-to-end operability in accordance with SingTel IT's strategic standardsEnsure the overall GIT architecture and design strategy is complied with for the assigned systems portfolio ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness of proposed solutionsDevelopment, support, and maintenance for systems supporting customer order managementAnalyse functional requirements & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practicesEnsure the quality of the code deliverablesParticipate in code reviewsLead the investigation and recommend fix for the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environmentIdentify and resolve performance and scalability issuesPrepare & maintain up-to-date system documentationProvide technical guidance to the team

Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering designing and building highly scalable applicationsStrong hands-on experience in API development, design, deployment, and operation in productionDevelopment experience in Angular 8Development experience with technologies such as Java, Java Scripts, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, JBoss EAP and Redhat AMQExperience in Oracle databaseExperience working with JIRA, Confluence, bamboo and bitbucketExperienced in projects utilizing DevOps and software automation with unit testing and functional testingTelco domain knowledge in BSS/OSS area will be an added advantageExperience in team and resource managementTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energyCustomer focusedProficient in written and spoken English
