SF Integration (SF Integration with EC and custom integrations from and to EC via CPI, Knowledge of sap ERP HCM, knowledge of BIB (mapping, generic value conversion, etc, advanced SAP ABAP Skills, knowledge of SAP HCM InfoTypes, knowledge of SFSF EC to third party application via CPI (iFlow), certification in SFSF Integration Certification) ERP HCM Expertise & BIB Mastery: Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, Infotypes, and Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data mappings and SAP HR ABAP Skills: Extensive ABAP development experience for customizations and enhancements within the SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Integration (CPI/iFlow): Proficiency in configuring and managing integrations between SuccessFactors (including Employee Central) and SAP HCM using Cloud Platform Integration.
