Responsibilities:
Manage a team of product folks, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
Manage products through their complete lifecycle of Research and Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Release, and Iteration.

Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Manage product launch processes, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
Track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Qualifications:


We are looking for someone who has shipped product(s) in the past and has managed at least one product through the complete product lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's product portfolio.
2 to 4 years of experience working in product management, project management, or program management.
