Your responsibilities will include farm work, vegetable nursery production, marketing, and attending to farmer calls. This role requires a passion for agriculture and the ability to handle diverse tasks to support our farm's success. You will be reporting to Agronomy Officers responsible for production and/ or marketing.

You will need to be present at site depending on farm needs, so shift will be in day time but has to be flexible.


Salary:
₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ganjam, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
