We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a SEO executive to help drive our organic growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. The role will report directly to the co-founders.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive at Nerige Story in Bengaluru. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, building high-quality backlinks, managing social media marketing campaigns and being part of the overall digital marketing strategy and operations and performing SEO audits to ensure optimal website performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building techniques
  • Experience in social media marketing and managing social media campaigns
  • Ability to perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of SEO tools and software
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Self motivated and an inclination to work independently
  • Prior experience in SEO a must
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelors Degree
