Senior Principal Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll accomplish

This role necessitates working positively and collaboratively with team members, senior engineering/architect staff, vendors, and clients. The Infra Delivery Specialist will contribute to process enhancement, technical standards establishment, and promote operational excellence through consistent delivery and best practices, following the ITIL v3 framework.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure hardware, resources, systems, and key processes are operational, review system and application logs, and validate completed scheduled tasks.
  • Provide support upon request from different stakeholders, investigate and resolve issues.
  • Address hardware or software failures, conduct recovery, and coordinate with affected infrastructure.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance (and upgrades as needed) on devices and related peripherals to align with IT requirements.
  • Participate in round-the-clock infrastructure support for DevOps.

  • Over 12 Years of experience in DevOps and Go-Lang.
  • Hands-on expertise with Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
  • Familiarity with AI, ML, and GenAI skills is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in GPU structure (preferably NVIDIA).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably Red Hat Linux certification (RHCE).
  • Preferred certification as a Specialist in Container Red Hat Certified (CKA).
  • Preferably certified as an OpenShift Administrator.
