The SAP CPI (PI/PO) Developer plays a crucial role in the organization by facilitating seamless integration between different systems and applications within the SAP landscape.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and CPI.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and data are effectively synchronized across the organization, enabling efficient operations and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong design, configuration and support experience in SAP PI/PO and CPI.
  • Expertise in Context Handling of Graphical mapping and proficiency in writing UDFs (simple and complex), Java mapping, NWDS, I-Flows and Groovy scripts in CPI.
  • Experience in all aspects of the SAP PO implementation, including gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and postimplementation activities.
  • The project is involved in SAP CPI/ HCI interface development, associate Should be able to work independently with customers and delivery the project.
  • Experience in building strategies for customers having onpremise and cloud application systems (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Hybris, C4C, Concur, etc.) with expertise in configuring prepackaged cloud integration in CPI using Web UI and Eclipse UI.
  • Expert knowledge of A2A & B2B scenarios in the configuration, Execution, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of new and existing business integration scenarios of SAP and nonSAP systems in both synchronous and asynchronous processes in heterogeneous and homogeneous landscapes.
  • Hand on various widely used PI adapters, including HTTP, STFP, REST, Proxy, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, File, Mail, Web Services, JMS, etc and use of certificatebased authentication.
  • Deep understanding of PI 7.3, PO 7.5 versions, dual stack, and single stack.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in ccBPM and Netweaver BPMs, along with NWDS and NWDI.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on PI issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in SAP CPI, PI/PO development, and integration.
  • Experience with ALE, IDocs, BAPI, RFCs, and ABAP proxies.
Java Skills and Java Script.

  • SAP SD basic functional knowledge (OTC).
  • Strong handson development experience with customerfacing skills.
  • Pay high attention to detail in all your work.
  • Quality, ontime delivery of agreed deliverables.
  • Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design.
  • Escalate any risks and issues, as and when they are identified, to the project/program management team.
