We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our OTIS Middle Office Operations team in Pune, MH (Hybrid mode).

The Middle Office Operations team plays a pivotal role in managing end user entitlements meticulously. This position demands keen attention to detail, analytical prowess, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a significant impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for client accounts.
  • Execute account maintenance efficiently and promptly.
  • Set up and configure entitlements for end investors in compliance with relevant policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances and transactions, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to team members in daily monitoring tasks.
  • Engage in projects and endeavors to advance operational efficiency and elevate client service quality.

To excel in this role, we look for:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in middle office operations, account maintenance, and transfers.
  • Flexibility with work shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sharp analytical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the knack for building fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial products, instruments, and markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • The ideal Middle Office Operations team member is well-organized, adept at multitasking, and thrives under pressure to meet deadlines. This role necessitates a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and autonomy, coupled with effective teamwork.
