Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Accounts and Administrations Executive to join our team.
This role involves managing nancial tasks such as taxation, invoicing, budgeting, and billing, as well as supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, enforcing company policies, and overseeing daily administrative operations.
The candidate should be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and possess strong communication skills, with a thorough understanding of GST ling and other related responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Handle GST and tax ling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage invoicing, budgeting, and billing processes accurately and eciently.
- Assist with recruitment tasks, including shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across all departments.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as ling, data entry, and maintaining database records.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workow and resource allocation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with various departments to facilitate ecient operations.
- Manage petty cash transactions, maintain accurate nancial records, and process reimbursements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Handle human resources management, including employee records, benets administration, and addressing
Qualications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related eld.
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time eectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, basic accounting principles, and taxation (GST ling and tax ling).
- Discretion and condentiality regarding sensitive information.
