Job Summary:


Within the cutting-edge Product Development realm, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UX designers to write code based on the established business requirements and user-cases.

Seamless integration with other development modules is crucial.

You will be required to comprehend and adhere to the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process, which includes Analysis, Design, Code development, Unit Testing, and Quality Assurance Testing support, among other aspects.

You will be in charge of leading a team of 3-5 developers and representing the full stack development team in front of Management.


Required Skillset:
  • Developing and Enhancing Java-based Software with Java16 as the backend technology.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in IT as a Java Backend Lead.
  • Experience in AI-based projects - Preferred knowledge in Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, CV.
  • Proficiency in Development using Agile Methodology - Delivering in short, business-focused sprints.
  • Developing and delivering functional product increments in each sprint as per sprint scope.
  • Continuous collaboration with business for requirement refinement, design review, demos, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software product development using Agile Methodology is advantageous.
  • Utilizing Jira tool for requirement gathering and issue tracking.
  • Understanding and analyzing user requirements and creating technical requirements, designs, and unit test scenarios.
  • Conducting Cross Code reviews, Comprehensive Unit testing, and setting up unit test cases for automated regression testing.
  • Handling code merging and deployment using CI-CD pipelines following DevOps principles.
  • Examining and analyzing technical specifications and proposing code optimization strategies.
  • Providing support for Testing and Production activities post-deployment by monitoring, investigating, and resolving open tickets/incidents.
  • Complying with organizational procedures by submitting leaves, timesheets promptly, completing mandatory trainings on schedule, etc.
  • Willingness to work in shifts to align with onsite teams and business needs.
