Mission

As Web Analyst I analyze the purchasing and user navigation behavior on the online

platforms(Web/App/other channels) and generate concrete recommendations to improve the

performance of the main indicators and support data-based decisions with simple visualisation.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyzing the purchasing and user behavior in the online shop and application to generate

concrete recommendations on how to improve the performance of the main indicators.

2. Identifying customer behavior patterns and insights that will translate into business

improvements in the customer journey across all touchpoints.

3. Gather business requirements from Stakeholders.

4. Creates extensive plans, data collection and analysis procedures and data insight

visualizations for assigned projects.

5. Compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.

6. Drives innovation and integration of new web analytics data related technologies and

practices into projects and activities in the R&D organizations

7. Providing training for team members on the analytics tools to ensure their autonomy.

8. Leading various international projects and contact person for Digital Analytics in India.

9. Keeping updated about Digital Analytics trends, new tools and innovative solutions.

10. Training & mentoring of the (other)Digital Analyst(s). (Advanced)
