Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Engineer to join our dynamic development team.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our applications.

You should have a strong background in development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Principal Duties/Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problemsolving.
  • Own & build new modules/features endtoend independently.
  • Handson development of scalable, highperformance applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of code through automated testing and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Work in an agile environment to rapidly build highquality and robust features.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivering highquality solutions.

Required Skills and Knowledge :

  • Expertise in and serverside JavaScript development.
  • Experience with frameworks such as
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong database skills, preferably with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
  • Can learn and adapt fast, as well as identify and solve problems.
  • Proven experience as a developer with a minimum of 4+ years of handson development experience.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or lead engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle, best practices, and agile methodologies.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
