About the role
Roles and responsibilities:
- Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative & costeffective ways
- Develop & execute on ground marketing campaigns across different offline channels while driving customer acquisition
- Innovate and develop new strategies with clear action plans & outcomes to expand and diversify opportunities for revenue growth
- Plan the regional ATL / BTL activation along with the team and ensure implementation across the zones
- Ensure onboarding of vendors and handle the entire operational activity as per the project requirement
- Generate and compile reports of the campaigns w.r.t. lead generation, install conversions, etc and documenting all the campaigns
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle
- Staying current with emerging opportunities in the terms of reach out methods (Content, design, communication channel/tools) & drive marketing automation
- Deep interest in insight mining and leveraging learnings to solve problems
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Should have good oral & written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of other regional languages would be a plus
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution
Functional Competencies:
- Analytical skills: Mandate for tracking, sharing & analyzing key data metrics
- Prior experience with marketing tools like WebEngage/MoEngage/Hubspot is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities with use of judgment
- Dynamic, selfstarter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment and can contribute in building up the fastest growing logistic startup in India
