Cro Strategist

We are looking for a
CRO Specialist to join our
Customer Acquisition Team in Gurgaon, India.

Your responsibilities

• Building and launching tests using CRO tools like Optimizely and CMS platforms
• Manage the endtoend conversion optimization testing process for sprint items, hypothesis, requirement gathering, test implementation, measurement, and nextstep idea generation to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue
• Collaborate with Content, Design and Development teams to build A/B and multivariate tests
• Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics
• Feed insights into the acquisition marketing team to drive performance with the help of analytical tools like Google Analytics, DOMO
• Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', develop test hypothesis and ensure insights that can be delivered from both winning and failed tests

Your profile- 2+ years in conversion optimization or equivalent experience working in growth product analytics.

• Experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices.
• Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar etc.)
• Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration
• Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
• A passion for creating a great user experience
• Experience in lead generation (multi/deep funnel conversion settings) is a plus
• Effective and efficient communication skills to market test ideas and influence testrelated decisions
• Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines
• A selfdriven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
• Fluency in English
