Job Summary:

Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, Data Analytics the Field Marketing Manager DA, APAC is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and events for Altair's data analytics business branch in India, GCC, ASEAN, ANZ and Korea.

As part of the Altair data analytics field marketing team, you will collaborate closely with all Altair marketing teams (field, IMC, solutions), sales enablement and the data analytics sales leadership. Qualified candidates must be strategic thinkers and creative, while being hands on in executing campaigns. They should have a good market understanding of the data analytics marketing in India, GCC, ASEAN, ANZ and Korea, be strong communicators and team spirited.

The importance of creating and managing global campaigns has increased dramatically as the focus of marketing is shifting towards engagement creation, contextual marketing and lifecycle marketing. At Altair we are building upon our global campaign approach to innovate and execute global campaigns through multichannel marketing.

This Field Marketing Manager DA will have manage one additional team member and be responsible for designing and executing integrated, compliant marketing campaigns, driving awareness and lead generation activities that support the India, GCC, ASEAN, ANZ and Korea business plans. This includes developing a mix of promotional creative content and activities including online events, live-events, seminars, direct mail, email, advertising and others as need determines to drive lead generation and awareness for all global regions and reporting out on success of those activities.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for campaign architecture, execution, delivery and measurement for APAC region. Responsible for creating APAC campaigns tied to business segment, personas and the customer journey lifecycle. Campaign plan design and execution tied to corporate goals/themes and measuring effectiveness & success of those programs; analytical skills required. Balance project scope and budget Develop bill of materials per campaign to include an integrated marketing mix of offline and online elements. Collaborating with other marketing team members and regional stakeholders to develop campaign assets on time, Working with the Sales organization to ensure appropriate and timely follow-up of marketing generated leads. Support channel partner/vendor relationships and Altair partner marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives Plan and manage Partner Marketing programs in region Analyzing campaign effectiveness, delivering results to all stakeholders and management Coordination of regional event logistics and key strategic decisions with the regional marketing teams to ensure successful execution and ROI. Manage lead upload and measurement process, process, analyze results and create reporting for event campaigns. Utilize these reports to make approval recommendations for future events. Initiate recommendations to improve marketing and event processes and increasing overall efficiencies. Actively researches, learns and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve processes. Confident in leading multiple projects.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience for a software or technology provider; Minimum of 5 years' experience working with technology partners of various types and managing relationships. Experience in software marketing. Experience in software marketing for data analytics is a plus. Proven track record of successfully creating customer campaign content. Modern sales and marketing technology & tools understanding like the use of CRM systems, marketing automation systems, google analytics and techniques to create SEM, SEO, retargeting, banner, display advertisement and landing pages a plus. Exceptional communication skills: must be able to articulate a clear, persuasive argument and present data in an effective and actionable manner orally and in writing with both internal and external teams. Excellent collaboration, organizational and project management skills Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work, under extreme pressure at times, within a dynamic organization. Ability to effectively analyze and report out on campaign results and leverage data when developing new campaigns

Place of work

The future Field Marketing Manager DA, APAC will be located in India. Must have flexibility for travel up to 20% of the time.
