We have grown over 1600% in revenues in the last provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions' call centers from a cost to a revenue center.
Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding.

Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

We are 120 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.

Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems.

Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups.
We are a fully remote team. Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be in charge of:

  • Helping build a brand that engages our target audience and influence the way our story is told, defining our brand's visual core values, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company
  • Collaborate with the marketing team through the conception, design, and execution of visual materials by becoming a trusted design stakeholder who can translate highlevel requirements into modern, intuitive, and functional web pages and designs artifacts ranging from broadly defined concepts to narrowly defined deliverables
  • Develop a visual framework for visual design across print, digital and video content, as well as generating graphic design assets for print and digital icons, images, logos, mockups
  • Support content creators and the content calendar to ensure deadlines are met
  • Design a variety of materials, including website updates, video content, collateral, social media graphics, signage, presentations, print, and digital ads, etc.
  • Examine existing processes, identify areas to improve, and create solutions to enhance design capabilities and processes

Requirements:

  • 510 years experience in design, with a degree in web or graphic design
  • Ability to build out brand guides and templates
  • Startup mindset with no fear of taking ownership swiftly to develop a vision and have a voice
  • Strong creative, communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of formal design principles, including color, typography, and layout
  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Handson experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing design principles
  • Basic knowledge of CRO (Optimizing pages for taking action, CTAs above the fold, Responsive and functional design on all devices, etc)
  • Ability to understand design briefs and communicate clear timelines as to how much time and effort the particular task may take.
  • Strong conceptualization skills with an ability to get as much clarity as possible before you begin sketching and the ability to handle rejection well when none of the concepts fit the design brief.
  • Ability to take an iterative approach to design and strong communication skills to present ideas in lowfidelity forms and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to create solid logos and avatars that communicate an underlying concept visually
  • Ability to create layouts based on the target medium and sizes
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfstarting ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects quickly and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative
  • Experience working with remote teams and tight deadlines
  • Previous experience working in B2B SaaS or AI companies is a plus
