Front Office Executive for a Dermatologist Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with smile in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient utilization of clinic resources and timely followup.
  • Verify patient information and collect payments as necessary.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with OT staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and wellstocked with necessary supplies.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to uphold clinic policies and procedures and promote a positive work environment.
  • Attending & engaging clinical procedures when required.( Clinical procedures will be taught by the Doctor )

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred languages : English & Kannada (mandatory), If other languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) also are known will be appreciated.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years required.

Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
