Position Description:

  • Summary
  • Develop software functionality in e.g., J2EE, Spring Boot, React/Angular and to help shape implementable user stories
  • KARs


 Manage the product
  • As member of the squad, responsible for the overall quality, performance and maintainability of the Products in scope of the Squad
  • Develop software functionality in e.g., J2EE, Spring Boot, React/Angular based on. groomed user stories.
  • Analyzes problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the requirements of the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
  • Where needed, proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus.
Planning and prioritizing work- Collaborate with Product Owner and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints
- living the Lean, Scrum and Signify values.

Business engagement- Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner for the Product area

Continuous improvement- Lives the Signify LEAN methodology

  • Participate in the LEAN Program

KPIs- Successful delivery of releases:

  • According to Quality
  • On time
  • According to Scope
  • Continuous improvement programs executed according to plan.
  • IT performance according to agreed service levels.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microservices.
  • Experience working with tools like Git, Maven, Gradle, JFrog, Junit, Jenkins.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS
  • Working experience in Industry Standard protocols related API Security including OAuth2 is a must.
  • Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML in Unix environments.
  • Strong background working with Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Hands on Shell scripting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Python scripting.
  • Working knowledge with PostgreSQL, Influx or Mongo DB databases.
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Front end technologies such as React/Angular.
  • Passion to stay on top of the latest happenings in the tech world and an attitude to discuss and bring those into play.
