IAM Senior Specialist Analyst JD

Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years

Technology Stack:
- IAM, ITSM

- Comprehensive experience in supporting Identity and Access management operations.
- Possessing over 5 years of IAM operations experience. Familiarity with tools like OIM or SailPoint is advantageous.
- Proficient in client interaction with excellent communication abilities.
- Thorough understanding of LDAP, database, SQL, and UNIX commands.
- Profound knowledge of SQL Scripting and Linux is essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Handling incidents and service requests for all User Access Management levels (P1, P2, and P3).

- Implementing tactical workarounds and employing analytical skills for Troubleshooting and Analysis of application issues and errors.

- Managing User ID enablement/disabling and executing password resets via IDM console.
- Conducting minor enhancements in user form, organization membership, Identity Template, etc.
- Collaborating with Vendors and other teams as needed to ensure the health and uptime of IAM application environment.
- Proficient in Joiner Mover & Leaver Constructs.
- Implementing policy and configuration changes within the IAM application environment.
- Performing log analysis to identify and resolve errors using SOPs.

- Installing patches following the deployment steps provided by application/platform vendors.

- Monitoring reconciliation functions and responding to reconciliation failures promptly.

- Generating monthly reports on user provisioning/de-provisioning, password reset cases, inactive/disabled users, and updating SOPs and Documentation.

- Familiarity with Service Management.
- Handling MIM bridge and coordinating with MIM for effective resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client's cybersecurity environment and relevant product clearly.
- Monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting cybersecurity issues and associated tools.
- Analyzing and validating cybersecurity incidents in detail and supporting the L3 team with RCA or log collection.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer through the creation and maintenance of documentation, test plans, and operational manuals while providing operational training to the L1 team.
- Fine-tuning cybersecurity policies, contributing to cybersecurity review calls, and recommending policy changes.
- Implementing changes, monitoring security device performance, and performing tuning when necessary.
- Preparing analyses and reports to track project progress and challenges, ensuring quality and accuracy for the client.
