Odoo Team Lead Consultant (1 Position)

Responsibility

Project Leadership:

Lead a team of Odoo consultants in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Odoo solutions for clients.


Client Engagement:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and recommend appropriate Odoo modules and configurations.

Solution Design:
Architect and design Odoo solutions tailored to meet client requirements, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with best practices.

Customization:
Oversee the customization of Odoo modules and workflows to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.

Configuration:
Configure and fine-tune Odoo modules, workflows, and reports to optimize system performance and user experience.

Team Management:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the consulting team, ensuring high performance, skill development, and knowledge sharing.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of Odoo solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to quality standards.


Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.

Training and Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to clients and end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of Odoo solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of internal methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in Odoo will be a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and customizing Odoo solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or consulting role.

Technical Skills

Expertise in Odoo framework, including modules, ORM, workflows, and reports.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Consulting Skills


Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management


Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
